What Are Catechins?

Catechins are a type of antioxidant found in the greatest abundance in the leaves of the tea plant Camellia sinensis. In smaller amounts, they are found in other foods such as red wine, chocolate, berries, and apples. The health benefits of tea catechins have been under close examination since the 1990s, due to the strong association of tea with long life and health in many ancient cultures.

當然要站如其名囉，寫寫對於手工具一些心裡話囉。
手工具千百種，雖然台灣消費者動手DIY的風氣相較於國外是較低，因此對手工具大概也就比較熟悉一些常見的，例如螺絲起子(Screwdriver)，榔頭(Hammer)，或專業點的氣動槍(Air Gun)。

今天就決定介紹套筒 (Socket)

套筒有分成手動和氣動，顧名思義一個要用手，一個不能用手要用氣動槍。旁邊黑色的就是氣動套筒。通常，對業界而言顏色是主要區分的方式。銀亮色就是要用手，黑色就要用氣動槍。
